Q: How much does it cost to stay at Beacon Hill?
A: Each guest is charged a fee of 30% of their gross monthly income, which is due on the 1st of every month. If/when a guest a transitions into permanent housing by successfully completing the Beacon Hill goals and requirements, 1/2 of the fees that guest paid are transferred to the guest's new landlord for a security deposit and rent.

A: Guests are provided with weekly case management, which outlines reasonable goals that are to be met by the month's end. If these goals are met, the guest's stay is extended another month.
