I’m part of Beacon Hill because I know firsthand how much it means to have someone show up when life feels overwhelming. As a single mom, there were times when I didn’t know how I’d make it through—but the care and support of others made all the difference. Beacon Hill is about showing up, standing in the gap, and reminding families they’re not alone—and that’s something I believe in deeply.

As a board member, I am blessed to be able to use my talents, experience, and network to impact the community around me in both immediate and long term ways. Supporting families and children navigating hardship provides the ability to have a greater impact than I can acting by myself.

needed services and support throughout our now 14 year journey, When I was asked 8 years ago to join the board, I jumped

As a former foster parent, I experienced the great need for the work Beacon Hill does in caring for children in foster care, safely reuniting families, and preventing children from entering foster care.
