CarePortal helps neighbors see and serve their neighbors with resources and relationships. This technology tool instantly notifies the community of the vulnerable children and families that live right in your community. Needs are vetted and submitted to the platform from child-serving agencies who understand the need. Tangible items such as a bed, a car seat, clothing, and more can provide critical, immediate relief and help restore a family.
